Still Blooming on the Road: Fire, Flowers & Sacred Summer Joy
We stepped away from screens this week and into something far more magical: a creekside camp, crackling fire, and the kind of joy you can only find barefoot in the woods. I took my girls camping and visiting family at a slow pace. We played on the coast. We snuggled in tents and listened to the creek.
I brought my daughters to the forest to remember. I brought myself to remember.
We sang old Girl Scout songs around the fire.
I taught them how to whittle, how to build a flame from scratch, how to stay safe with fire—and how to honor it.
And while they played wild and free, I tended the flame in another way.
I made a simmer pot over the campfire—my own ritual blend of cinnamon sticks, dried roses, citrus, lavender, rosemary, and blossoms. The scent filled the air and helped keep bugs at bay, but that wasn’t the only magic. Once it cooled, I strained the tea and poured it into a basin for the most luxurious campfire foot bath I’ve ever had.
Soft grass underfoot.
Creek sounds in the background. Kids on swings being kids.
Warm herbal water and breeze on my skin. The smell of campire and herbs.
It was everything.
I didn’t need a spa.
I had nature. I had ritual.
I had presence.
And of course—Still Bloom came with me. Many of my products did.
My go-tos for skin hydration, nervous system grounding, and emotional centering… even off-grid. Especially off-grid.
If you're seeking sacred luxury, sensory grounding, and a reminder to bloom wherever life takes you—this one's for you. Still Bloom is on sale on summer to meet you where YOU are. And my products are here working so I can recover as I am meant to.
🌿 In case you are in need of loving, authentic support - I’ve got you even when I am in my own respite.
